About RateClarity

RateClarity publishes free calculators for people who sell their time and expertise. The audience is freelancers, consultants, agencies, and service businesses that need a straight answer: what to charge, how a retainer should work, and whether a client is actually profitable.

Every calculator is built to be readable. Inputs are labeled in plain language. Results are formatted clearly. The math is meant to be inspectable, not hidden behind a pitch.

RateClarity is not a bookkeeping product, a CRM, or a course funnel. It is a small set of precise tools, with guides that explain the thinking behind them.

What we will not do
